Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CleanAngie's website and cleaning services. By booking with us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Bookings & estimates

Online quotes are estimates based on the information you provide. The final price may be adjusted on-site if conditions materially differ (e.g. significantly larger square footage, heavy mildew, hoarding-level clutter). We will always confirm any change with you before proceeding.

2. Cancellations & rescheduling

You may reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your appointment without charge through the link in your confirmation email. Cancellations under 24 hours notice may incur a 50% service charge to cover crew commitment.

3. Payment

We accept Zelle, cash, credit/debit cards and Apple Pay. Recurring bookings are charged after each completed visit. For commercial accounts, net-30 invoicing is available upon credit approval.

4. Satisfaction guarantee

If something isn't right, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean the affected area at no charge. This is our entire warranty.

5. Liability

We carry $2,000,000 general liability insurance and workers' compensation for our crews. Our maximum liability for any single claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected service, except where Florida law requires a higher limit.

6. Items not cleaned

For safety and liability reasons we do not clean: biohazards (blood, vomit, animal waste outside cat litter), mold beyond surface mildew, exterior windows above ground floor, or items the owner has flagged as fragile / non-cleanable.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Indian River County, Florida.
