  • Booking information — name, email, phone, service address, square footage, number of bedrooms / bathrooms, pet count, recurrence preference, scheduling preferences.
  • Communication data — messages you send us by email, SMS or contact form.
  • Address autocomplete — when you use our address picker, your typed query is sent to Google Maps Places to return suggestions.
  • Technical data — IP address, browser type, device type, language preference, referrer URL.

2. How we use information

  • To deliver, schedule and confirm your cleaning service.
  • To send booking confirmations, reminders and reschedule notices by email.
  • To respond to your inquiries and provide customer support.
  • To improve our website, pricing engine and service-area coverage.
  • To comply with legal obligations (tax, insurance, record-keeping).

3. Sharing your information

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with:

  • Our cleaning staff assigned to your booking.
  • Service providers that power our infrastructure (database hosting, email delivery, address autocomplete).

Booking records are retained for up to 7 years to satisfy Florida tax and insurance requirements. You may request earlier deletion of marketing data at any time.
