Weekly House Cleaning Services on Florida's Treasure Coast
Weekly cleaning is the easiest way to keep a Treasure Coast home consistently fresh without ever having to think about it. CleanAngie sends the same trained team to the same address on the same weekday — so dust, sand and humidity never get a chance to settle in.
Why a weekly cadence works on the Treasure Coast
Living on Florida's Treasure Coast — Vero Beach, Sebastian, Fort Pierce, Port St. Lucie and Palm Bay — means dealing with year-round humidity, salt spray off the Atlantic, fine beach sand, and the occasional storm surge. Surfaces wear faster here, mildew arrives sooner, and ordinary cleaning rarely keeps up.
A weekly visit interrupts the cycle. Bathrooms never grow grime, kitchens never accumulate cooking film, and floors don't get the gritty layer of sand that scratches tile and hardwood. Households that switch from monthly to weekly almost always tell us the home feels measurably calmer — because they stop noticing dirt at all.
What's included in every weekly visit
Each weekly clean follows a 60-point room-by-room checklist developed against ISSA's CIMS standards. Nothing is optional and nothing is skipped — every surface gets touched, every visit.
- Kitchens: counters, sink, stovetop, exterior of appliances, microwave interior, cabinet faces, floors
- Bathrooms: toilets inside & out, tubs, showers, glass, mirrors, fixtures, sanitized floors
- Bedrooms: bed-making, nightstand dusting, mirrors, floors, trash
- Living areas: full dusting (including baseboards, ceiling fans, picture frames), upholstery vacuuming
- Floors: full vacuum and damp-mop with surface-appropriate solutions
- Trash & recycling: emptied and re-lined throughout
How weekly pricing works
Pricing is flat-rate, not hourly — you'll know the number before we lift a finger. Base service runs $90–$120 for homes up to 1,000 sqft. Above that we add $40 per additional bedroom, $20 per additional bathroom, and $1 per additional sqft. Weekly clients then receive an automatic 20% recurring discount on every visit. Products and equipment
We default to EPA Safer Choice–certified cleaning products that are safe around kids, pets and people with chemical sensitivities. HEPA-filtered vacuums capture pollen, dust mites and pet dander — particularly important in Florida's allergy season. Microfiber-only cloths are color-coded by room to prevent cross-contamination, a practice recommended by the U.S. CDC for residential and clinical settings alike.

Will I have the same cleaners every week?
Yes. We assign a dedicated 2-person team to your home and protect that pairing. Continuity is the single biggest driver of quality, and it's the main reason long-term clients stay with us for years.
How long does a weekly clean take?
Most homes take between 1.5 and 3 hours. We don't watch the clock — we leave when the checklist is complete.
Do I need to be home?
No. About 80% of our weekly clients give us a key, garage code or smart-lock access. Every cleaner is background-checked, insured and bonded.
What if I want to skip a week?
Skip anytime with 24 hours notice. You won't lose your discount and you keep your slot.
Can I add things like inside-the-fridge or laundry?
Yes — fridge interior ($60), laundry room ($40), windows ($10 each) and balcony ($40) can be added to any visit during booking.
