How weekly pricing works

Pricing is flat-rate, not hourly — you'll know the number before we lift a finger. Base service runs $90–$120 for homes up to 1,000 sqft. Above that we add $40 per additional bedroom, $20 per additional bathroom, and $1 per additional sqft. Weekly clients then receive an automatic 20% recurring discount on every visit. Products and equipment

We default to EPA Safer Choice–certified cleaning products that are safe around kids, pets and people with chemical sensitivities. HEPA-filtered vacuums capture pollen, dust mites and pet dander — particularly important in Florida's allergy season. Microfiber-only cloths are color-coded by room to prevent cross-contamination, a practice recommended by the U.S. CDC for residential and clinical settings alike.
