Detail-driven reset

Professional Deep Cleaning on Florida's Treasure Coast

A deep clean is roughly twice the work of a standard visit — every surface is hand-detailed, every corner reached, every neglected zone (baseboards, grout, vent covers, behind appliances) brought back to original condition. It's the reset most homes need once or twice a year.

What makes a deep clean different

A standard visit cleans surfaces. A deep clean cleans everything that touches a surface — and everything behind, under, and around it. We move kitchen appliances, hand-scrub grout, run a dental-style tool around faucet bases, vacuum inside drawers and detail every ceiling-fan blade.

Deep cleans are how we onboard most new recurring clients. Starting from a verified baseline means every subsequent weekly or bi-weekly visit can stay focused on maintenance instead of catch-up.

Everything we hand-detail in a deep clean

  • Baseboards, door frames and door faces — every room
  • Inside oven, inside microwave, exterior of fridge & dishwasher
  • Tile and grout in showers and floors (mildew-treated)
  • Ceiling fans, vent covers and HVAC return grilles
  • Inside cabinets and drawers (on request)
  • Window sills, tracks, and interior glass
  • Behind/under furniture and appliances where accessible

Deep clean pricing

Deep cleans are priced at 2× the standard rate for the home — so a 1,200 sqft 3/2 that would normally be $150 standard becomes $300 as a deep. Use the calculator on our booking page for an exact, instant number.

Frequently asked questions

How often do I need a deep clean?

Once or twice a year is typical for actively maintained homes. Three or four times a year for high-traffic homes, beachfront properties, or households with multiple pets.

Is a deep clean the same as move-out?

Close, but not identical. Move-in/out cleans focus on empty rooms and turnover details (inside every cabinet, blinds, etc.). Deep cleans target an occupied home and skip empty cabinets.

Do you use stronger chemicals?

Only where required (e.g. mildew on grout). We default to EPA Safer Choice products and step up only for specific stains, with your approval.

Will a deep clean fix my grout?

It will restore grout color significantly in most cases. Severely stained grout may need separate professional sealing.
